Need to be a Healthy Mommy...

So yesterday I ran a mile and did part of Level 3 of "30 Day Shred." Ate okay but drank 4or 5 "Sex on the Beach" mixed drinks so that blew everything outta the water! I got sooo drunk. I NEVER drink, let alone get drunk, but I did. I got in a horrible argument with my hubby when I was under the influence, and puked the night away :(. We talked about what happened, and are trying to make things work.

Today, I ran 1/2 a mile (5 minutes ) after doing Level 3 of "30 Day Shred." The cool thing is that I did it with my hubby. He was so cool about it. He confessed it was a little on the tough side. I tried to do his workout, (he's currently doing sets of 100 with light weights to get him cut up) but I just couldn't do it. Anyway, I ate bad today... (Wendy's and ice cream treats from Sonics.) I felt disgusting afterward. Anyhoo, at least I got some exercise in. I slept most of the day too, since I was SUPER hungover! I plan on NEVER drinking again. I don't even know why I did it, I'm a LAME-O!
 
Yesterday I did a 24 minute kettlebell workout... LOVED IT! My eating wasn't that great. I went out to eat at Bill Lee's Bamboo Chopsticks and ordered sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and noodles. I had like 4 refills of Coke :( and the fortune cookie. I came home and ate an Ice Cream (it was yummy but I felt very guilty.) I also ate popcorn during my family movie night, very buttery and salty. So, I need to make up for it today. I haven't exercised yet, but I will. I just woke up. I'm so gonna miss waking up close to noon daily. I start work on August 14th already. Students don't go back until the 24th but teachers have to be there to set up the classroom :(. I soooo don't wanna go back. What the heck am I supposed to do? My family's gotta eat! Until next time.
