Need someTips for gaining muscle weight

Currently I've went through some heavy weight loss. On Oct 31st I weight 240, and on Feb 17th I weighted 190. Now I weight around 185 with 15.8% body fat. My goals have changed since I started, I still run, and usually run for at least 30 minutes every day, but now I'm trying to gain muscle. I'm not totally new at this, I've been working out my arms, chest, back, and legs since late January, but most of the time it was in a gym. Right now, I'll be stuck outside of a gym atmostsphere for probaly the summer. So I'm curious how well I can do lifting free weights at home.

Depends on what equipment you have.

You will need to get a lot of protein into your body, while keeping the calories pretty low. It seems like you don't want to gain any fat.

Pretty much the most important step is eating right, just search for posts on this forum, and you'll see what 'eating right' really means.

not low cals if you want to bulk. You need lots of cals, but clean cals.. so no mcdonalds and stuff like that.

You burn too many calories.
