Need some tips, 14 year old, 110 Pounds, 5' 10 ...

Well I would still allow yourself to grow a bit. When I was 14 (28 now) I was probably around the same height maybe a little shorter and only a few pounds heavier. As time went on I eventually started putting on weight. Also I have another friend that no matter how much he eats he has never gotten past 120, so I guess it would sometimes depend on genetics too. But if you wanted to eat healthier I would follow what Firefreak posted but increase the quantity a bit so that your body can develop correctly.
 
So how are you coming along?

sorry i havnt replied in such a long time,
i couldnt do what i had planned since loads of things come up, so im just going to start over in the summers ..
so now, im around 5'11, still growing .. around 111lbs, not sure, i have to get the weight thing ..
yeah so anyway, all my life ive been called skinny and stuff, the only real reason i have friends is that i have an awesome personality, good face ? (hot face, ugly body .. go figure), but most of all, i have skill in most games .. so yeah

so i want to get around, 140 lbs, + want stronger arms and legs, my chest and torsos like, okay ..
so any tips ?
tell me about some other new schedule of eating and stuff .. and how to excercise =P
