Hey guys, I made my meal plan from reading the forums a couple of months ago and lost ~15 pounds so far. School is starting in a bit over a month for me and i want to prepare for it, so I'll need some suggestions
Since I'll be stuck at school for hours I'm trying to come up with some snacks to bring along with me throughout the day. I was thinking maybe a bag of almonds/chestnuts, apple, PBJ and a bottle or two of water.
This is a 5 days a week kind of thing and wondering if that's sounds good. I don't eat PBJ in my current meals and since I haven't bought any jelly yet, I'm not too sure about the sugar content of it.
I'm also thinking of making a full sandwich instead of the pbj, but I'm really bad at these haha. I'd have this huge bnls-sknls chicken breast with lettuce
on two whole-wheat toasts and have to open my mouth like i was at the dentist to take a bite at it. I guess I'll do a bit of shopping for sliced meats at the Deli, but I'm not sure what kind I should be looking for. any suggestions on this would be appreciated.
Another concern for me is the breakfast. I'll have to wake up at 6am and having second thoughts on my current breakfast. I would be having a bowl of oat meal, two egg whites and a skim milk usually, but wondering if mixed frozen fruits (peaches, mangoes, pineapples, strawberries) + 1 scoop of vanilla whey + skim milk would fill that in since it's much faster to make and drink for me at 6am in the morning. I usually have my whey during my workout (taking a few sips before, after a few sets, and after) but here, I'd be taking the whey right in the morning and heading off to school.
That is all that's on my mind atm, I may have more questions later.
EDIT: ah i just realized i posted in Healthy Recipes when i meant to post in Nutrition section, how do i move it? lol
