need some help

Hi everyone
I am 19, 5'10", 160-165. I lift on M, W, F, and do HITT on S, T, F. I eat pretty healthy, alotta protein, but i am a college student so i also drink alotta alcohol. My chest is built pretty good and my arms are coming along but i have fat on my stomach. I wanna add lean muscle to my arms so they look more ripped and defined and maybe get a 6-pack. I was considering taking some supplements but wasnt sure. 'Ive tried creatine in the past and only had minimal results, and i think i get enough protein in my diet. I was wondering if i should consider taking something like ripped-fuel or hydroxicut, or even xenadrine. Or should i give a different brand of creatine a try. Thanks

Abs are much more difficult to 'get' than people think. If you want abs, and you're dedicated - really dedicated - to working on them, you'll have the discipline you need. At your age, you really don't need any supplements to assist in weight loss... just eat lots of fruits and vegetables, cut out the junk food, and make sure you eat lots of lean meat and good protein.

And stay away from that alcohol - eat your calories, don't drink them!
