I'm currently 16, and was 150lbs. I've started bulking. I'm eating around 150g of protein a day, trying to just eat as much as I can, and so far i've kicked it up about 10 lbs, so I'm around 160lbs. I don't want to gain much more weight, I want to stop around 165-170, and then start cutting. I'm wondering how I should change my diet up? Should I still be intaking a lot of protein? The Whey Protein i drink doesn't have many calories, so should I still be drinking those? Thanks for the help
