Need some help with toning.

I'm currently 16, and was 150lbs. I've started bulking. I'm eating around 150g of protein a day, trying to just eat as much as I can, and so far i've kicked it up about 10 lbs, so I'm around 160lbs. I don't want to gain much more weight, I want to stop around 165-170, and then start cutting. I'm wondering how I should change my diet up? Should I still be intaking a lot of protein? The Whey Protein i drink doesn't have many calories, so should I still be drinking those? Thanks for the help :)
 
1. limit shakes to 2 per day, one as a snack, one for post workout meal

2. keep protein the same when cutting. your carb intake should decrease when cutting, mostly starchy carbs get removed, replaced with lots of fruits and veggies.
 
This is almost exactly what I was planning to do. Which makes me feel better because it lets me know I have an idea about what I'm talking about and can help other people :D. thanks a lot
