Need some help for a complete begginer

Hi. I'm a 15 year old female. I've never lifted weights in my life and I can't do anything too expencive. Is there any way i can make my own weights? Is weight training good for me? I have a bad slouch, flat feet and bowed legs. I'm very weak. I am no good any any sports and someone suggested I do weight training. Any tips?

You really don't need weights if you are creative. Do cals...push up, pull up/chin up, leg lifts, lunges, ..... the list is almost endless and floor space is free. You need basic strength before you tackle weights. This is called CORE strength, and it is a necessity for weight lifting.

I hardly understand much of that and I can't even do one push up!

you could try push ups with your hands on a raised surface so less effort is required, and you could lower this as you get stronger. you could start doing push ups with your hands on chairs for instance. you should try running, swimming or cycling to get your basic fitness up :)

I can't run. It takes me twice as long to do one width of my school pool as my peirs and I can't ride a bike! I am seriously screwed!

Everyone starts from step 1 at some pouint. It doesn't matter how slow you go just look forward to getting fitter and better at sports. It doesn't matter if you can only walk fast to start with.
