Hey, I posted in the weight loss forum about my MCL injury causing me to gain weight, and recently I've been going to the gym and working out, and my dad told me I can go to his personal trainer.

I need some good work outs I can do at home every day to lose fat, get abs, and get nice big muscles. I don't have access to much equipment... just 5 lb weights which is all my dad could afford to get me. I set a new years resolution that I would actually start working out. Right now I can bench 100 lbs I think... but that was with a machine and not free weights. I set a goal to be able to bench 150 with free weights and do 10 reps of those by the end of the year, and will be coming on to this forum regularly to read up on stuff. So yeah just good exercises to do every day to develop ab and arm muscles.

I know that before your muscles can show you have to lose fat, and I'm not that fat so it shouldn't be hard. That was a long post...

It is difficult to jsut build up certain muscles. You will grow muscles most quickly if you do all the big muscle groups to release growth hormones. Seeing as you basically only have body weight, the legs could be difficult but you must do them for the hormones.
For upper body maybe do dips or push up variations, pull ups, shoulder stand pushups then ab workouts. 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Improving benching is the chest, not the arms. Eat a calorie surplus of your maintenance line of about 300-500 calories.
V. difficult to gain muscle while losing fat if not impossible. Either commit to gaining mucle or to losing fat.
Good Luck
