Need some cardio-based non-equipment based circuit exercises.

well theres martial arts thats an extreme cardiovascular exercise espiceally when your doing it for 3 hours straight

Martial arts is not an exercise. It's not the kind that we're talking about, anyway. Like you can't say, "Today I did 30 reps of martial arts for 5 sets." Well you can, but you would sound really stupid.
 
Okay, I was thinking of getting a pair of those resistance cables, and to basically tie them up against a wall and almost sort of shadow box in one spot with them, for extended periods. About 2 minutes or so.

yea my fault hey im still trying to lose some body fat and trust me its hard to when you got all your family around the holidays which I'm glad is over and it seems that theyre trying to make you fat but oh well i kinda needed those extra pounds because i lost alot of muscle at first because i was so damn woried about being fat and i didnt keep up with my calorie intake

I guess you can if you want, you'd do better to find your rhythm by dancing (moving) around while boxing. Plus you should be bobbing and weaving anyways, I don't know if you want to tie yourself down to do it.
