need some advise

hi there....im 29 and workin out for past 2nhalf years....my arm size is only like lil over 15inches and i wanna gain some mass on them or in other words want to make them bigg
i use to do arms like almost everyday...but i guess it didnt work
any kinda suggestion will help...and i take protein shake twice a day...plus i eat 3-4 meals
and i want to lose fat around my bely area too and love handles
runnin on treadmill will help for that?

Don't workout your arms more than 2x per week (isolation work). Chinups and reverse BB rows will also build nice arms.
 
it's tough, if not impossible to bulk up and lose the belly fat at the same time. You need to focus on one or the other.

In order to increase the size of the muscle, you'll want to do a set, rep and rest scheme for a hypertrophy workout, along with the protein intake.
