What kind of work outs should i to to remove double chin, fat ass, and boobies? like i have 1 month, dont need to be fit right away, just wanna remove some for my first cruise
In order to loose those, it's not the workout that it's crucial and what you need most. The workout is not so important. What you must do is start a healthy diet, figure out your BMR so you know the calorie intake that you should have. Eat clean and healthy with a fixed diet, do Cardio every day 20-30 min., or if you cannot achieve that, 4-5 times a week will be good enough. By doing this you will loose the fat that made that fat ass and titties (sounds funny i know ))) ). 1st -Diet and 2nd - cardio are the crucial things. Combine that with working out about 3-4 times a week in order to tone up your body. I don't know how much fat you have and how your body looks like in order to tell you how much time it's going to take. However, 1 month is a very short period of time and you cannot expect something spectacular in such short period of time, you'll need more time than that for sure, but the results will come and they'll be great for sure.
Well I think that everything is good cardio, running, bike , stairs, the ecliptical machines, the step thing. Anything will do the job. Prefferably high incline rather than low incline for your case, however that's not so important.
