need some advice..

i just started jiu jitsu classes.. its 3 times a week for 2 hours. we start off by doing some push ups and jogging a little then the rest of the class is just learning techniques and what not. by question is... by doing jiu jitsu 3 times a week and weight training 3 times a week would that lead to over training? what kind of weight lifting routine can i do to not overtrain? the classes are monday wednesday and saturday and im free every other day of the week.
 
monday: arms.... then later that day i do juijitsu
tuesday legs shoulders
wednesday juijitsu
thursday chest back
friday rest
saturday juijitsu
sunday rest...
 
You'll probably be ok. I know this guy that said he did 1,000 pushups a day and he'd been working out about as long as me. His arms were about the same size, just more defined. I think he's nuts because the muscles grow when you're resting, we all know that. But, I guess it just depends on how many pushups they're having you do. Are they having you do the triangular judo style pushups? Cardio is pretty much ok everyday.
