Need some advice.

Alright I'm 6'0, 150 pounds, 16% BF.

I'm already at a low weight for my height, but I want to reduce my bodyfat further, how should I do this? I mean to lose bodyfat you've got to eat right and lose weight and build muscle right? I think I'm a little too small to lose weight so I'm confused :-/

yes, eating right, but first of all, before you do anything else, go to this website

find out what your daily caloric needs are, then subtract 300-500 calories from the total. thus creating a calorie deficit.

mixed with weight resistance and cardio, preferrably HIIT, you will lose up to 1% of body fat each week.

of course, you have to eat "clean"

yes, well but still he needs to figure out what his daily caloric needs are , and we will work with what he should after he finds that out :]

and yes. 6' @ 150 lbs needs bulking

IMO, you should bulk first, then cut.

whats your diet/workout like rightn ow?

I lift mon/wed/fri

Used to do a lot of cardio but I'm going to tone it down to maybe 1-3 days a week instead of 5.

Mon: Chest/Triceps

Wed: Legs

Fri: Biceps/Back

Lifting methods vary, 3 sets 10 reps

As for my diet, I eat consistently throughout the day, always healthy food, I get about 30% fat / 40% Carbs / 30% Protein with 2100-2300 calories a day.

I've been eating healthy and excercising for a long time, used to weigh in the 200's, but I am real new to weight lifting and bulking/cutting, but I do read around the forums a lot, but I'm probably not doing as good as I could be right now, and I know I probably need to add a good 500 or more calories.

I want to start working on my abs but dont know how to implent them into my routine.

since your bulking, 1 times a week of cardio is the limit for you imo :]
because excessive cardio burns both muscle not only calories.

looking at your workout, your doing split routines yes. hmm you want to workout your abdominals during one of those days. & also, you don't seem to be working out your "shoulders." so make sure to include shoulders to you rworkout. preferabbly when your doing your chest/triceps. try frontal raises, side raises, lateral, check for detailed shoulder workouts & also remember to do shoulder shrugs.

thats good that your eating constantly, make sure to space out the food intakes 2-3 hours. Keep it up!

the secret to bulking, is eating the right foods, filled with protein/carbs/dietaryfibers etc. and of course good fat. like omega-3s - fish oils, etc. You should try to keep saturated fats to a mininum =]

if you haven't already, add about 500-1000 calories to your daily caloric needs, :] thus creating a calorie surplus. Furthermore, during bulking, you would gain 1-2% of body fat. but as with muscle buildup. each lb of muscle burns 50 calories, thus you will eventually burn off those fat like nothing.
