need some advice

okay, well i am a 15 year old girl and i've been struggling with my weight for pretty much my whole life,
im currently 164-166 and i really would like to get to 124-125.
i really want to lose this weight for the summer.
and i was just wondering since im young would my skin tighten up or will it sag..
i need some ideas and tips to help me..

I'm sure that you have a better advantage of having your skin tighten up well than I would since I am twice your age :)

That said, I'd make sure to eat a healthy diet (not a diet that restricts any certain food group because your body is still growing- you need all nutrients including carbs, proteins and fats as well as all the vitamins and minerals that are essential to supporting your growth...just thought I'd add this in since I want to make sure you do this well) full of fruits and veggies, whole grains and healthy fats. I bet for your age, you could eat regularly, just cut out all the junk food and you'd lose weight beautifully.

When I was your age, I lost weight by taping a calendar to my bedroom door and writing in each daily spot whatever exercise I did that day. Seeing my exercise progress on the calendar kept me motivated to see it fill up with daily exercise (a 20-30 minute bike ride around my neighborhood one day, or roller blading, sit-ups, whatever). It was pretty easy at that age to lose weight by just increasing my activity level like that and by cutting out junk food.

I think that you should look up your BMI and then work to get your weight into the healthy range. And then you should illicit the help of your parents and/or friends. It is always easier to loose weight with the support of loved ones.
Try joining a sports team or fitness group like yoga or spinning. They usually are only like 20 dollars a class and are helpful because you have someone telling you what to do for an hour.
Pair exercise with healthy eating habits and your weight should start to decrease. you should remember however that loosing weight quickly is 1. unhealthy and 2. it is more likely to pile back on.
as for your skin..you are young..as long as your not a sun child or a chronic smoker your skin should shrink along with your weight loss.

Good for you for wanting to get healthy! I would guess your skin will tighten up just fine. Just make sure you lose weight at a healthy slow and steady rate (2 lbs down per week should be the max). You could use one of the many websites out there to track your daily calories and exercise. Exercise could be a class at a gym, and exercise video or even a walk around the neighborhood. BMI is an alright place to start.. but if you have more than normal muscle mass (which some can) it will not be an accurate source of information for you. A better point of measurement would be BF%.
 
It'll defiantly tighten up.
I'm going through it and im sure my skin
has stretch way more then yours and i have
no saggy skin except under my arms.

well im trying to do good, but I keep falling off track!, :( .. how do you fight cravings???!!!! ..

and what are some good excerises that actually work good?
I have a treadmill and i ususally do that for 30 mins 4-5 days a week.
