That sounds like it'd be nonfat cottage cheese if anything.

I second the FFCC :D (love that stuff now! Although I like to get the 2% too). How about fish? it's loaded with protein and healthy fat.

P.S. 3 kids and you look better than me who got none :p I'm sure you get to your goal by summer. :)

GOOD NEWS!!! i lost 4 more lbs, and my butt and thighs looks better! i did tweak my diet a little(with added protein), i did a cheat day, i substituted some running with some good o'l billy blanks taebo(it's been too cold to run), but the most important change(i think), was that i stopped taking my birth control pill. i can't believe i didn't think of this sooner. last summer, i worked out (videos, running, trampoline,pilates) and dieted for 3 months and lost only 2 lbs. needless to say, i got frustrated and gave up. i started up again determined to beat this and i'm glad i finally figured out the problem. i will absolutely post more pics soon. don't know about today cuz kids are home from school and i gotta do the mommy thing! thanks again for the awesome posts everyone!! maybe this will help some other chick out there!
 
However, I would recommend just preparing your meals at the start of the day and carrying them with you in a cooler/container.

I second this, figuring out what you are going to eat during a day with a clear, non hunger driven mind is a great way to control your caloric intake.

I have to agree with everyone, I dont think you needed to do anything, but congratulations on moving towards your goal anyway!

sorry i haven't been able to post my pics yet. my whole routine has unfortnately been interrupted. my father has become incredibly ill and i have flown home to be with him. i will gladly post pics(if this experience doesn't set back my progress) as soon as i get home and settled. thanks for all the positive messages. be back soon!

It doesn't look to me you need to particularly focus on anything. Just keep working out and stay in shape.
 
I won't be much help here at this point,.. but if my wife had a body like yours I'd be *so* happy - especially after 3 kids!

As far as shrinking the booty, guys like me love ones like yours. ;)
