Need New Workouts!

Hello Everyone!

I've been working out constantly for about a year now. I usually go at least 3 times a week for about 1 1/2-2 hours a session. I have seen some results from this dropping 25-30 pounds! Although for about the past 4 or 5 months I've been plateauing gaining and losing weight staying at about 220-230. I take a pre-supplement and protein after each workout and I do about 10-12 workouts each session. I also isolate my workouts each day I work out, right now my work out days are; Chest, Tri's; Bicep, Shoulders; Back, and Core; but I will change it up whenever I cycle on and off my pre-supplement. I run at least a mile every workout and I do a little cardio whenever I don't work out and if I get the chance. One thing I know I must work on is my diet but I don't know what I should and shouldn't be eating and how much. I have gotten into this routine and I would like to change it up but I do not know where to start. Some have suggested power lifting to strictly cardio workout, I know it is unrealistic but I was hoping to shed weight without losing any of the muscle I have gained over the past year.
