Need Motivation

Hey gang ! New to this but need your motivation !
I'm a working Mom. 5 Years ago, worked at a gym, worked out twice a week ( lunch break and after work), got promoted to a desk job (previously working at the gym). With the work load and stress, gradually got to the point where I do not work out at all.. March to July, I began walking/power
walking ... but stopped as I found it so difficult to juggle work, prepping dinner..hard to find "me" time. Not to mention I live in Kauai Hawaii, its hot and humid and after work..the heat really drains you in addition to a day of sitting. I'm not really asking solutions..but motivation.... oh, my eating habits
have not been the best.. Maybe someone out there has experienced what I am going through and can give me a boost !! :D ps: I like to have a beer or two after work which I know is a "no no" !
