need some professional advise , im not sure if anyone here can help but if you know please let me know.
Ive always been a leg fan lol, ive always worked out on my legs, with squaTs and lunges and leg curls ect....
My legs havent changed at all since, well they have definition but what im really looking to do is getting them more buff. I want to know what can i do to make them buff looking and how many reps should be doing and how much weight should i be doing and the most important thing is how much of a break do i take out on them? so i can let the tissue heal so im able to rebuild and build?
What im doing now is im able to lift 100 sometimes 125, i do it three times a week mon, wed and fri, ive stopped for one week just for a break, i'll be starting again today oh yes and i ussually do 12 times with 4 reps or is it 12 reps 4 times lol w/e soemthing like that , you know what i mean haha
