need help

ok im new to this website so i have no clue where to put this post. Im not really new to working out i have the basic knowledge. Im 14 and weigh 126 lbs .I am a BIG track fan (i do pole vaulting, 100meter sprint and hope to do 1mile this year.) i want to be able to bulk up my biceps and triceps. I am very weak in those areas (i can do only about 20 push ups)and i normally compensate for that by using my abs witch are normal.(there strong but you cant see them unless i flex). Also i am a programmer and i have a job so i'm at the computer ALOT. normally 3-6 hours working. but after that i have a ton of free time. i want to be able to see my abs when i don't flex and i want to add more strength to my arms. If i where to start dieting my parents would get mad or worried. iv'e tried to stay away from most junk foods and try to eat more protein. and i don't have any equipment. can you guys give me any strength building exercises and any way to tone my abs? if this is in the wrong forms tell me witch is the correct form and ill repost. thanks for any help.
