need help...

Hey all, I need a little advice on losing weight, I weigh 137 pounds and am 24 years old, I work in a call centre so you know what that means, sitting ALL day 40 hours a week. I've worked there for 1 year and have gained at least 5pounds. I'm trying to work towards at LEAST 30-40 mins of cardio a day. What do you think?

I think that's a good start. You should also include weight training and a clean diet. And while you're sitting all day drink lots of water! :)

I sit on my butt all day at work too and to make it somewhat of a challenge I sit on a stability ball. You can actually feel your legs and abs working to hold yourself upright all day. I don't know if that is an option for you but if it is I highly suggest it.

I also suggest eating well and often and strength training. I also suggest easing into a fitness routine. Too much too soon leads to injury and eventually lack of motivation.
