Need Help

hello, I'm new to this forum I need some help I've been reading alot of posts and you guys seem to know what your talking about. I 've been working out about about 3 months I've gained some weight I was weighing 160 now I'm about 170 I'm 5'6 by the way I know i gained some muscle because I'm able to bench more than when I first started and plus my chest and arms shoulders are all bigger. i want to get down to about 160 I feel comfortable at the weight. Can some one give me some advice or direction on a certain meal plan and diet to lose fat my belly looks like **** disgusted I tried atkins but I heard it aint good for you so I stopped. I was wondering if someone on here can give me a meal plan and diet plan for gaining muscle and losing the fat.

1. Set up a full body workout routine
2. Make sure your eating right
3. Make sure you get proper rest inbetween workouts

Explaining these things in detail would take forever. These questions have been asked many times before so try a search and read up on each of these things and educate yourself. Set up your routine, diet plan, post it and you well get helpful feedback if still confused.

It's better if you post what you eat typically. If you're getting stronger in bench, you should be getting stronger in squat, rowing, deadlifting, etc.
 
Indeed, what are you eating and lifting, routine? etc?

You don't specifically need a full body routine. But diet is pretty high up there on the list.
