need help with my training plan to get lean and fit

hy peeps im new to excercising and stuff ive always said to my slef ill start excercising tomorrow and so on but now ive quit smoking and i started excercising lalala so it has been a week now and i wanted to ask you if my home made workout plan is gonna do ok for me.
im 183cm high and 65 kg i dont really want to get huge or too wide in the shoulders i just want to get some chest muscles so that i am not so flat anymore and i want to get abs and little bigger arms, all in all a bit more defined and muscular but still lean. so i decided to start working out with only one dumbell since i have only one it is 2 kg increasable to 6kg when i get the money ill get one more or two more with more kg's but for now i tought of this:

one day i do weight training, chest training like knee pushups kne on bench (bed) pushups, whole variety of abs ( found on youtube passion for proffesion, im on lvl one with abs excersises) and the other day when im not doing all that i run for like half an hour or more including sprinting for a bit so i exchange one day of excersizing one day of running when it is summer time ill kick in the swimming aswell. But for now it would be nice if you tell me what do u think of my plan and will it give some results if i keep it on everyday.
