Need Help with my exercises and body building.

Hey, im new to this so i dont really know where section to put this in but im 19 6'1. 135 pounds. Im fairly skinny and have a really fast metabolism. i been working out for almost 3 months straight. the first 2 i just been doing form and weights i can do. But the last month i just incraesed my weights, but the thing is i can see myself getting fit but not bigger. Usually after my workout i got for a big burger. Also im worried about im not doing the right exercises.

Monday: Chest +bicep +abs. 3 chest (incline, brench, decline, pec flys)
Tuesday: Legs +abs (squats, leg press, 2 caff exercise, 1 hamstring, and 1 quads)
Wed: break
Thursda" back and shoulders+ tricep
fri: all arms +abs
sat and sunday break.
the rest i dont really know the names but im worried that im not doing the right exercise for the right areas. like example bicep and shoulders, theres a bunch of different muscles and forms. i only know a few. please give me a detail routine of what you guys do. like how many exercise for each muscle and so on.
thats my routine. and like i said a 2 patty burget afterwards.

Now u know my ****, my problem is that im not getting bigger or gaining weight. so i think its my diet thats screwing up my body buildin. So what should i start eatting and if i need to get vitamins or supp. but im knew to this so i dont kow the short form name or companies. Please give me like the full thing and how u guys do for diet. Sorry for all these questions.

Also, Phil, sounds to me that you are an extreme ectomorph. If I were you, I would purchase the book, Scrawny to Brawny. It is hands down the best book I have come across for the ectomorphic trainer, not to mention the 2 authers, John Berardi and Michael Mejia, are some of the best in the business and as real as you get.

It is worth every penny and I recommend it to my clients who are serious about packing on some muscle the natural way, who have not been able to do so, so far.

hey you know your stuff you should write some articles, tips etc and post them on there...it takes me about 2hrs to write an article so it's hard goin as I only my aerchives where evrything is dot pointed and i basically have to re write and takes bits out of many articles on the same thing...not good for the posture either beiong the computer that long
