need help with foods!

Hi guys im trying to gain weight im 21 and weigh 130 and its just bad! i know i gota eat like 6 times a day but sometimes i dont know what to eat to gain weight! so could anyone give me some foods that are really high in calories, i also take high calorie protien shake like the interactive mamoth 2500. thank all
 
I'd start by using a site like fitday.com to track your calorie intake for a few days of 'typical' eating. See exactly where your calories come from, and how many you're getting. You'll want a good 500 extra calories if you're aim is to bulk up. Sounds like you have a naturally lean body and a pretty healthy metabolism. You'll likely need to increase complex carbs, and make sure you're getting 25g of protien at each of your 5-6 meals. Stick to things like old fashion oatmeal, brown rice, whole grain breads which have 2g or more of fiber per serving, lots and lots of fruits and veggies.
