Need Help With Developing Body

Hey everyone, im currently a 14 year old male and im worried about my body. I'm currently slim with some abb muscles but i realised that no matter how i eat, i can't gain muscle or much flesh on my chest. My chest is skinny and theres very little meat or any muscles there, wherelse my other body parts are more outstanding. This makes me look weird, how do i develop chest muscles? Also, i realised that i developed my muscles in the abbs tru some some exercise machine, but it seems that the muscles were developed too much in the center and that when i use my abb muscles to pull myself up.. for example, sit ups, i can see that the muscles are all in the center, making the sides of my body thin without any muscles. how do i develop the muscles in the right and left side on the body so its balanced? I would appreciate all the help i could get.. im a noob when it comes to things like this, thanks !! : o

Here's a site to help you figure out which exercises to do for each body part:

Click on a body part and it will lead you to a list of exercises (which have videos illustrating each one).

Hope that helps.

As far as keeping your body balanced, try to make sure you're including all of your body parts in a work out program. You raise the risk of injuries if you don't do this as well, so be sure to do that. If you have a problem with say.. one arm getting bigger than another.. then you can add more exercises (like with dumbells) that separate each side and require each side to lift an equal weight.

Since you're 14, you'll want to make sure to keep the reps fairly high (at least 6-8) to prevent damage to your growth plates which can stunt your growth.

eat loads of good food and take up swimming or rowing you'll look great within months. I always think its a bad idea to begin with sups or heavy lifting that young, not natural
