so i have been going to the gym every two days.. but it seems like my bottom abs arent developing for some reason..it has looked the same for about a month. here is what it looks like. any advice on what i can do? do i need to lose more weight?
the important thing to maintain your diet and eat properely like fresh food or vegetable.then you will get a perfect abs and also you should have to do excercise.
You lower abs are the last ones to show. We are talking 8-10% Body fat. You can do it though. Just keep working it out! Make sure you target all areas of the abs - not just the lower or uppers. Laying on your back - any ab routines that causes you to hold your legs straight up in the air will work the area that you want. However, whose to say that you do not already have the abs you want - just need to uncover them Good luck and keep me informed on your progress!
