Hey everybody, first time poster.
I'm currently a student and have about 60 hours a week of school related activities, and when I get done with that I'm so burned out that I gave up going to the gym a year ago. Now I'm up 40 pounds and I barely know where to start to get back to where I should be.
I know plenty about nutrition so that isn't much of a problem, but when it comes to getting a quick efficient workout in, I'm lost. Can anybody recommend some sort of intro-workout plan? I honestly can't make it to the gym more than 4 times a week and barely half an hour each visit.
Thanks,
Dolph
