hi all im new to this site. Anyway i was wondering if you could give me tips on gaining muscle; but under these conditions. im a vegetarian(a proper one, no chicken no fish no eggs) but i can still have dairy. Plus i dont want to take any supplements cos im only 14, and also im not lifting weights, only calisthenics like pull-ups, dips , push-ups etc. Can someone help me?
