need help - stuck at 187 pounds

Hello,
I need you help in figuring out why me weight does not go down.
I am 6.1 height 187 pounds. Daily i consume around 1500-1800 calories. some time less. Typically I eat once a day.
2 espressos in the morning - no sugar no milk
1 large coffee during the day,
Go to the gym for about an hour - will do squats 150 pounds 9 reps - 3 sets. then bench press 100 pounds 9 reps - 4 sets, then elliptical 15 minutes. and sauna 20 mins
Around 6-7 pm I eat steak and salary plus a pint of dry red wine. sometime less
I do that every day.
Only thing I saw is that weight went 2 pounds more and stuck at 187 and does not goes down for 2 weeks already.... Last year it worked...
I need to get to 165 pounds in 3 months. Maybe somebody could help to understand - what i need to do?

why do you want go to 165? for your hight thats skinny. for how long you been doing this? well to starve yourself its not the right thing to do, maybe cancel the wine and go over to whiskey and water, also drink more water in a day
 
sounds like some high intensity interval training could help once you reach a wall. As an example only google Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred. This kind of workout mixed in with your routine you have could help, you could also mix HIIT ^ with your cardio, like 5 minutes walking, 2 minutes running. The idea as you can probably guess is to get your heart rate up high for a short amount of time. Results from quite a few studies have now shown that you can lose more weight using the example above 5 mins walking 2 minutes running for 30 minutes you will lose more weight than running for 1 hour.

I've heard anecdotally from others who've lost weight that hitting plateaus it pretty common and that you just have to stick with it. That was my experience. I got stuck at 175 for a few weeks and then things got moving again.

If you feel like you've been waiting too long, try lowering the number of calories you consume by a bit.
