Need help please!!!!

I post in newbies but anybody help me! If someone can give me some help here< I will appreciate.

Latin body with hips and butt, average. (don't want to loose it)
Weight: 125 and I want to be 120

My concern is that I have fat on my belly, love handlers, and legs. A bit on arms. I dont want to loose lot of pounds I want to stay between 120-125, but I want muscle tone. I want that beautiful marks on my abs and legs.

I know that i have to loose all that fat before I see my muscles in shape, but I dont want to loose my curves. I dont want to loose my butt!!!!! Can I loose fat without loosing my shape?

I want a flat and toned abs and muscle tone overall.

Someone recommend me Oxylite Pro and I started Insanity program.

What do you think???????

Hi,

I had a go at the Insanity programme recently having seen it on an advert whilst on holiday. Working in fitness I like to try everything so I know what is effective.

There's nothing particularly special about the Insanity workouts, but if you're able to stick with it, it will get you some good results. The key is too find something you can enjoy and will stick with. You're better to do something that's only 50 or 80% effective, but you will do long term, then doing the 'very best' thing, but you won't continue with it for whatever reason.

Oxy Elite pro is a great program.

I am not a fan of intensity, but if that is all you can do for now, then do that.

Some suggestions that I do have.

You want to focus on complex training

Here is one complex you can do.

Squat 8 reps
squat and press 8 reps
push press 8 reps

perform this 3-4 times. Each set lower the reps by 1. Take a 1-2 min break in between sets.

What about my concern of loosing my body curves. Do you think is posible loose fat and dont loose my butt and hips? I dont have excees of fat in this areas but I'm worried about loosing pounds and look less curvy!!!!


Replace fat with muscle????? Its this possible?
 
I don't think you need to worry about losing your hips or curves. Losing your some weight will help enhance your curves, give them more of a sexy look.

If you workout the right way, you will definitely will replace the fat with muscle.
