ok, so its like this. i havnt worked out for the past couple of years. i used to weight lift. i wasnt all that into it but i had muscle. i weigh 180 pounds and 5'10. i started working out again a couple of weeks ago. i was doing pretty good. i didnt go every day to the gym. i let the muscles rest properly and everything. anyway. my chest before was pretty tight, i guess the muscle was pretty strong. now for some reason, the muscle feels like it deflated.both sided. my whole chest feels like it collapsed or something.. i dont feel any pain, it feels fine it just feels week and flabby in a way... not to exagerate it. but it doesnt feel like before. and im kinda worrie. i was wondering if anyone knows about this. has this happend to anyone before? do i just rest or should i just keep going. i went to the gym today after resting this weekend and it still feels the same.. if anyone could help.. please do.. thanx a lot..

It sounds like you definetly ripped some muscles maybe not all of them but maybe acouple deep down. I would think you would feel it when it ripped and could watch your pecs fill with blood (not in a good way).
I'm not a physical therapist but I would definetly go to a sports doctor. It sounds like you did something bad.

could it be that you have gained some weight? bodyfat that is.
check it out ... and if not then check it out with a doctor.

I am NOT a doctor but if you ripped a muscle I think the pain would let you know without a doubt. I could be wrong.

If you're really worried go to your doctor. That's the only way to be sure.
