Need help on routine

Hello,

I am a 16yr old male. I am pretty athletic and play both winter and spring sports for my school. My problem is that I'm, well, scrawny (6' and 145lbs should give you an idea) and I'm looking to gain weight and build my endurance. I'm not looking to bulk up and be huge, however.

I have access to a bowflex, treadmill, and some area outside. Unfortunately I don't have access to a real gym, and I can't really run outside where I live because the only road of any distance near me is a highway.

The truth is that I am pretty much lost when it comes to what I should be doing here. Most of the workouts I'm finding online seem to be aimed at loosing weight. I’d greatly appreciate help with constructing a routine that helps me to gain strength, and to help me with distance running, push-ups, and pull-ups in particular. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
