I am 16 years old, I weigh 165 pounds, and am 6 foot tall. I started going to the gym around 3-4 months ago and started at 185 pounds. I lost 20 pounds and look alot thinner than before. Since i lost the weight ive been working on my abs. I have a little bit of flab at the bottom and around the mid section of my abs. I am not perfectly flat on my lower stomach. I was wondering if i should loose more weight and go to like 150? Would it be easier to get abs? Or should i keep trying to work on getting them. I eat right , a good breakfast ,cereal, an ok lunch and dinner. I dont drink soda and only drink water and iced tea with no sugar or calories. If anyone can help me on what to do here I am stuck and dont know what to do. Drop more weight and get rid of the remaining fat or should i work on getting the abs. Thanks!
