i got some questions if any one can help
Is 80kg a good weight for my height?
am i already close to getting a 6pac?
whats the best way to lose bodyfat without losing weight?
thanks;)

I wouldn't worry much about losing body fat, you're pretty light so you might need to bulk up for a while which will probably mean you gain a little extra fat.

I'm more of a muscular/skinny build, around your height but weigh about 97kg so that should put your weight into a bit of prospective. You probably need to gain around 20kg to start looking more muscular.

What are your goals though?

wow 97kg:eek:
i weight 90 last year though i was chubby my goals are to get bigger i guess..
muscular/skinny build would be great i thought i had to lose body fat to get definition:confused: if i did put on say 10kg could i still get a 6pac:eek:
anyways thanks for the help you guys have got me thinking;)

how do i put on weight without putting on two much bodyfat i really need help:(
im not sure what to do:confused:

You do need to lose bodyfat to get a six pack but from your starting point if you were to lose fat you'd just be a skinny guy with a six pack which isn't a great look.
To gain muscle you'll need to go into a calorie surplus while working out, when you've put on muscle then you can start thinking about cutting however I'd say you'll need at least a year of working out before you start to think about that

This is what I just wrote in your other thread :)

To add weight you need to go into a calorie surplus of around 500 calories a day. Your BMR (basal metabolic rate) is 1930.6 which when multiplied by your activity level which I think will be 1.55 (moderately active) gives you a maintenance level of 2992 calories a day. To gain weight eat around 3492 calories a day. To look at how I worked this out go to

Now go to and keep a track of everything you eat in a day
