Need help makeing a decision.

ok. wheres my spot. Right now im doing fullbody evert other day for weightloss. Im now starting to train to throw the shot put and dicus next season. heres my question. should i stop my full body work outs and go to a upper lower split because im so tired after my leg workouts that i realy dont wanna do upper in the same day and visa-versa. but i still am trying to loose weight.

There is nothing wrong with doing an upper/lower split during a cutting phase or a push/pull for that matter, which I would recommend as well.

Just keep your nutrition solid and your fat loss should be fine.

On a side note, are you doing specific training to enhance your shot put and discus?
 
not realy i guess. iv been doin about every leg workout i can think of. Front squats, jump squats. single leg squats, single leg leg press, leg press, deadlifts, romanian deadlifts, snatches. the works
 
id classify them as an exercise for the posterior chain, you cant really classify the RDL as an exercise that hits one muscle group, though, i belive hams and glutes are the primary movers, as you dont use the back to move the weight (atleast you shouldnt, the hip should be doing the work)
