Need help getting in shape this semester

Hi. This semester I have a really busy schedule and am very tired a lot of the time. However, I really want time to work out and get in shape. Every Friday I meet with my MMA Club and do that for an hour or two, and I hoping to get to the gym on Saturday and/or Sunday for an hour or two but other than that I don't have much time. I need a plan that I can get the major muscle groups, do some cardio, and still have time to do my school work and not be tired.

Right now my plan is to go to my MMA Club on Fridays, go to the gym one day on the weekend and do some weight lifting, and hopefully at least one day a week(Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday) get some biking or running done.

Can anyone help me come up with a compacted routine for this upcoming term because I really want to do well this term and get into shape for summer?

For your weight lifting, ideally stick to big compound lifts;

1) Bench press
2) Squats
3) Deadlift
4) Pull ups, Chin ups
5) Military Press

Etc.
 
Yup like Nobody said. If you plan on lifting 2 days, then split it up into Chest/back/shoulder one day and Legs/abs/arms on the other day.
 
Can I also incorporate biceps and triceps into the mix as well? I would really like to improve my arms since like my dad and uncles, my arms are very hard to sculpt.
