Need help gaining weight

I am a 19-year-old boy and I weigh around 115lbs, my height is 5"6 or 5"7. I honestly do not feel proud about my body and I am trying gain as much weight as I can, but it does not seem to work out for me. I think one of the reason is about my eating habit. I seriously do not eat well, I barely eat 2 meals a day and I eat really little. However I do go to the gym and work out for 3 to 5 times a week. Is there anyone that can help me with my situation? or at least a way that can help me to eat more often?

at your age i was the same way. barely 110 lbs. today i am 5' 8' at 200lbs. you have to get into the habit of eating small meals at least every three hours. they should include protein, complex carbs and good fats. you don't have to stuff yourself just get into the routine of eating. protein shakes are ggod but you should try and get most of your nutrition from whole foods. you should be doing the big three lifts when you workout, squat, deadlift and bench. after a heavy workout you will be hungry. don't miss the chance to fill your body with good food at this point! i just joined here and posted a pic of me in the members section. i am a competitive bodybuilder and a nsca certified personal trainer. if you have more question feel free to ask!

Yea, totally agree with blueeyes01. Get enough calories, it's simple maths: if you ingest more calories than you burn you'll gain weight. Eat clean (no junk), regularly (6 small meals a day) and get enough protein and carbs in. Don't be fooled that carbs are bad, after a heavy sessions after expending upto 1000 kcal you're going to need to replenish your glycogen stores, otherwise you'll start eating into your hard earned muscle, so get eating!!

I totally agree to.
Eat well, and eat real food as much ass possible.
Do the exercises blueeyes describes.
Go heavy, set yourself up to put more and more weight on in exercises - WITHOUT cheating.
Stay around 3 times workouts a week, so your body can allso repair itself.
And beliefe it will happen. - It will.
Good luck.
