Need help from someone good

Well I am 14 and I play 2 sports I play soccer for fall sport and I do baseball for a spring sport. I have time to workout for about 1-2 hours a day. I have alot of equipment and I am willing to work.

This is a list of equipment I have in my house
-5,10,15,20,30 lb Dumb Bells
-Bench Press that goes up to 300 lbs with adjustable heights and I have a bench that goes along with it to sit up.
-I have a treadmeil that goes up to 12 mph and 10% incline
-I have Leg Lift machine and a Pec Curl machine both going up to 300 lbs
- I have a speed bag and a heavy bag
- I can get my dad to make me a pull up bar easily
- I also have a nice jump rope

My Goals:
Lose my fat around my stomach area...not much but its just a little covering my abs
Get arms that have muscle and I am happy about
I'm not really worried about my legs because I play soccer and I can squat 350+
Everyone says I have the strongest shoulders So I guess I am good there
I want to get a 6 pack

My Current Diet
Breakfast: I either have a milkshake or pan cakes
Lunch- 3 slices of bacon on a roll with a miny bag or doritos or a Big Cookie and sometimes get a bag of candy
Dinner: I'm not really worried here because I always have salad and I always get atleast 1 vergetable with my dinner
Snacks when I am Home- Fruit..Ice Cream Bar..Muffin..Chips

I really want to get rid of the fat on the sides thats my biggest concern
 
the most that I see is the "Big Cookie and sometimes get a bag of candy" and "ice cream bar,chips" cut that out of your diet and the rest is good...other than doing ab workouts.
 
in my opinion, since u play sports , u should have ur cardio taken care of, but 90% of abs, is diet. Sure u can work them out all the time, but if you have fat covering them... u wont see them obviously. I would try to eat 5 to 6 times a day. small meals, around 400 calories.... low fat/and high protein foods. try to stay away from bacon , pancakes, cookies and such heheheh. Try eating things like oatmeal, egg whites, grilled fish/chicken, tuna, ....high protein foods, with hardly no fat.... keep up ur sports and stay away from bad foods, and get down 1 to 1 1/2 grams of protein per pound of body weight... and u should have ur 6 pack in no time.
 
Wow, your diet is pretty...what's it called..bad. But you are 14, in addition to what skye and mike said about your dieting, I think it would be a good idea to track what you are eating.

As far as routines, I think it would be good to look around and find out what you have time for and what you can do. Here are a couple of links...there is way too much information, someone posted these a while back, I don't take credit for them. Also, once you develop a routine, type it up (maybe your diet too), and we'll tear it apart.

there is a ton of info on as well, I think you should develop a routine like I said and see what works and what doesn't, not the same thing works for everyone, that's the reason I didn't wanna say do "this" (insert specific routine)
