Need help finding routine

My name is Paul im about 5'9 160 pounds..I was wondering if anyone had a good muscle building routine...I am more use to a 4 day split routine mon thru fri and saturday off, sunday off.If anyone can help me find a good routine i would appreciate it

Full-body workout 3 times a week on M/W/F.

Alternate these workouts:

A
Squats
Bench Press
Rows
Straight Leg Deadlift
Tricep Pushdown

B
Deadlift
Dips
Pullups or a row variation
Romanian Deadlifts
Bicep Curls

To build muscle you have to eat more calories then you burn. Since your 160 pounds I would eat about 3200 calories to add a pound a week. Adjust if needed. Safe weight gain is about a pound a week. Good luck.
