I'm around 6'3 300+lbs. I have a large task at hand
not only am I unhealthily overweight, I'm in this bet.
I've always been very athletic and also in the upper echelon of my atheletic peers skill wise, never needed to workout really to attain this but now Ive lost all my wind, and most of my strength. I want to do 2 things.
I need to get my weight down to around 240-260lbs by 9/1 if possible.
I want my bench and my squat to at a level where I can do repeated repititions at 225 and 315 respectively. My squat is already there, my bench isnt. I know people dont want to waste thier time on devising me a plan but can someone tell me where to start? I dont know whether to drastically decrease eating, stick to cardio, diet pills, what..I just need a little direction. Any Ideas? Ive been doing sporatic cardios and I have already drastically decreased my meals to one small meal a day with vitamins and making sure I get all my water.
