Need help creating routine

I'm just starting to work out. I only have a treadmill, dumbbells (weight from 5 lbs. to 35 lbs. in increments of 5 lbs.), and a bench so I don't know how many options I have available.

I have absolutely no idea where to start after reading through some of the stickies. I'm running a mile a day and biking for 12 minutes to burn fat, but I also want to gain some muscle. I want to work on my arms and chest only.

I started testing the water with how much weight I can handle. I can only curl 15 lbs. in 3 sets of 10 before my arms are so worn out that I can't do another rep.

Any help would be appreciated in getting started. I'm planning on a daily routine since I have so much time off between classes each week.
 
so your only goal is to work on your arms and chest?
i could provide you with a full body routine if you are willing to give it a shot to improve yourself overall
