Hi guys, i work out 3 times a week doing one body part once a week like for mondays i do chest/back and so on..anyway i can never get muscle to pack on my collar bone area. anyone has any exersices that target the collar bone area? thanks alot
The only way you can reduce the appearance of your clavicle is to build the muscle around it, which would include your pecs, deltoids, and traps. Having a big ass neck doesn't hurt either.
