Need bigger butt and thighs and better looking hips

I am new in this community. And I noticed the last 2 people that had the same questions as me didn't quite get answers. I am looking to increase my butt size. I would also like to increase the size of my thighs. Also I have the hip problem that someone posted about with the pictures. If anyone could help me to change all these points about my body I would appreciate it. I go to the gym everyday with a 1 to 2 day rest in between. I only weigh about 115pounds. What excersises at the gym can I perform to increase the size of these areas? Thank you, Mel

To increase the size of an area you have two options:

1) Add fat - probably not your first choice :p

2) Add muscle - to add muscle you need a regular and progressing weight routine, caloric surplus, regular cardio and rest. We gave exercises in those other threads: squat, lunges, deadlifts, etc.

Thank you TL. I hadnt noticed that other thread. Wow right under mine. Thanks though.. I don't know what dead lifts are. Also I'm wondering if it will be ok for my body if I am working out my lower realy hard as opposed to the usual workout. I mean I will still be switching everyday but working out my legs a little more intensily.. Thanks again.;)

squats! deadlifts! lunges! these will serve you well. aim for 12 reps per set, and keep the diet in check with plenty of protein to build up a muscly lower body.

Thanks for the little hint Malkore. What are your opinions on soy protein shakes. If my usual protein income is average. I am looking for fast results.
I am also interested in any excersises that will help my running speed. But I'm trying to do all this while intensily working out my lower body. If anyone has suggestions. Thanks

You can try HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Basically a cycle of 90-95% maximum exertion for 30-60 seconds followed by 30-60 seconds of light (50-55%) exertion. For speed, try good old sprints.

Here's a bit more information and exercises:

Jump squats are also good too.

HIIT is done at a ratio of 1:2. So sprinting for 30 seconds and then walking for a minute.

You are going to have to be careful if working the legs heavy and doing HIIT. Be sure you have adequate rest. To increase speed I recommend sled pulling (or something similar) and plyometric work.

thanks to everyone.. I would just like to know what dead lifts are. either way I am already noticing change in the shape of my lower body. I think I will stick with my current routine. I just wish I had someone to guide me through it one day and suggest other methods or more intense training. It is rather hard trying to push yourself to your limits.

Hire a personal trainer for a session or two. It'll provide you with what you're looking for. Here is a link to deadlift info... although I recommend bending the knees slightly and NOT locking them out.
