I recently bought a weight bar and 4 10 pound plates, 2 5 pound plates, and 2 2 1/2 pound plates. I also have 2 10 pound barbells and can always buy more. I need some workouts that i can do at home that can make my arms bigger. I also need some workouts that i can do to work out my abs. I plan to do lots of running and biking everyday along with these exercises.
