Thank you for the website! It's the middle of the week now so I'll stick with what I'm doing but I'll try that out next week and see what happens :)
 
spelin, that website is awesome!!! what a great find and thanks for much for sharing it. It makes so much sense...especially as we've all be tossing around this idea about cycling our calories. And that just proves that it's the right thing to do.

I'll be curious to hear how your first week goes following the extreme weight loss calorie plan. Please keep us posted.

Hey, Spell! I hope your having a great day. I went to that website and put in all my info. I had to laugh. I am so fat it recommends the same amt of calories for fat loss as for extreme fat loss. I can't tell it is telling me that anything is going to work or I am so fat it is an emergency situation!

I'll try it again as I lose more weight. The good news is I am always (unless I completely lose it) under that amt of calories! Thanks for the link. I like that website.

hey spellin thanks for that link, I'm still trying to get my head around some of the stuff. Maybe I'll conduct a new plan with this info as it says I should be eating closer to 1500 calories for fat loss and 1185 for extreme fat loss.:confused:

Sounds like you're still doing great with your exercise too, the last time I took my younger cousins out one of them hugged me round the middle and said "you're a big fatty" at which the rest proceeded to have hysterics. :rolleyes:
