Need Advice

Hey I'm 15 years old and my weight is 115. I don't think my abs/stomach can be as good as they can be to any tips will help

hmmm, fifteen is a questionable age but doesnt mean you cant start, i'd say consult your usual doctor and talk to him/her about starting up a weight training diet, however you could even hit up a local gym and give it a light try to get you more comfortable with it. It's also a good age to start because it'll only come with a proper nutritious diet that will help you achieve goals man! HOWEVER you would probably want to stay away from most supplements at 15 just build a good base! What do ya need?
 
At 15, you need to get GOOD habits started. Go to a gymnastics gym. Why? Gymnastic will get you set onto a progressive strength program. The body of a gymnast is gained as a BY PRODUCT (meaning, it looks that way because of the activities they do, they don't try to get a nice looking body on purpose).

At 15, it'll be hard for you to dedicate yourself to a regimen or even just a diet without a good support group(friends) or activities to motivate you to do such. Gymnastics will not only make you look better and get stronger as well as flexible, but it will make you 2178640821376873465% more aware of what your body is doing and capable of.

As far as supplements go, the ONLY supplement I would look at it protein. Unless there's additional things your gym coach tells you to start adding to your diet.

Diet is key. Without it, you're gonna lose.
 
Yup, I think you got some good advice from the above poster. Try not to get fixated on your abs and such. Start working to achieve goals with your fitness. Gymnastics is definitely good, but whatever sport your keen on is fine. And eat healthy food.
 
Ok thank you guys alot i look better know and getting flatter abs and i cant be happyer. But the last thing i can ask from you guys is that i go to high school and the food there sucks so bad!!! and i only have time to eat a apple every moring witch i think is good but you guys know better then me any other tips on a eating i dont and cant lose weight!

An apple for breakfast is just not enough. You really need to be getting some complex carbohydrates in as a slow release energy for the first half of the day. This is not just for your body and fitness but also for your concentration in class and all-round health.
As for time - just go to bed earlier and get up earlier. Eating breakfast is too important a thing to not have time for.
Here's what I do for breakfast; In a bowl I put about 5 tablespoons of oatmeal (Quaker), some peanuts and sometimes cashews, 1/4 or 1/2 an apple (or other seasonal fruit, or some dried fruit), some unsweetened protein powder (this is optional, depending on if you get enough protein in your diet through food), some milk and some water. Then I warm it all up in the microwave, chop in a banana and stir it slowly while eating. It doesn't take a long time to prepare and gives me a good start to the day.
 
Ok its me agian and im looking better then i did but now i have the thing of how to tighten skin around stomach. and i need to gain some muscil im way to skinny but i dont want to get back out of shape any ideas??
