Need advice

I have always had a gym membership and used weight machines and free weights. Due to my new job situation I may not be able to go to the gym. I have a treadmil and stationary bike at home, so my cardio is taken care of. However I really don't know how to go about weight training. I have stability ball and some free weights and I guess I can do some excerices this way. I also bought some resistance tubes. I was wondering whether using tubes will give me the health benefit of weights and some visible toning. I am 30 year old female in a failry good shape. I do not want to add muscle. I just want to have a lttle bit of a definition and firm body. Can tubes provide it? Does anyone know of a website that would show excercies that can be performed at home, or body weight excercises?

I really need help with this!!!

Try Some good body weight exercises, but of course, they are selling the book, so you have to wade through a lot of sales pitches. I bought the book and the exercises are pretty good.

You are going to add some muscle to your body if you excercise more, but it won't be a significant amount. In order to have a more firm look you will have to lower your body fat percentage, so that the muscle you have will be more visible. One thing that happened with my sister is that she lost a lot of fat and noticed she was pretty skinny so she added some muscle.
