I am 20, home from college for the summer and have been doing about 20-30 mins of weight works outs 3-5 days a week and running abour 5 days a week. I have a pretty good diet, and I on and off practice sparring and some fighting workouts. In the 3-4 weeks I've been doing these work outs I've already seen results.
I really would like to get more cut up and build some muscle over this summer, since I have the time and am not doing too much else other than some classes. I am around 135 lbs. and 5'8.
I just need some direction on what I can do to see some improvments and enhance my results. I don't really want to loose any weight, but I don't want to get too much bulkier either. Can anybody point me in the right direction here? Thanks
