Well I'm wanting to get bigger and I wanna see what yall think I should do with my diet...

I eat 3 meals regulary a day and get alot of excersise and never drink soda

breakfast- 24g whey protein shake, egg sandwich (eggs, toast, mustard, lettuce), or pancakes with peanuttbutter and syrup with milk

Lunch- Usually something light, tuna sandwich or ham sandwich (this is when I take my supplements plus another protein shake) with about 4 glasses of water at least and this will also be about 1 to 2 hours before i work out usually

Dinner- Usually lots of meat (chicken steak or beef) or Mcdonalds(which I was told makes alot of food full of protein) with sweet tea usually

The supplements I take is

Oh, dude...no. The only type of 'bigger' you're gonna get with that is fatter. Pancakes with peanut butter and syrup coupled with a McDonald's dinner? No, no, no. It hurts my eyes.

1. Eat more often
2. Stick with lean meat for dinner and never McDonald's. It's absolute crap.
3. Go with egg white omelets or oatmeal for breakfast. Anything, really, but pancakes and peanut butter and syrup.

I really didn't even have time to start. There's tons more, most of which is already on the site. Go read this and this and work up a new meal plan.

Alright...I checked it out and this is my plan..

Breakfast- 2 protein shakes,Bowl of oatmeal or whole oat cereal

Snack1- Organic Peanutt butter on celery and V8 Juice

Lunch- 2 protein shakes,Bannanas and grilled Chicken breast or tuna salad

snack2- Sardines/mustard/and wheat thins and lots of water and my supplements before I work out

Dinner- This will varie but prolly lot of meat and lot of veggies and alot of cheese but try to keep it as healthy as possible and plus its all mainly organic foods i eat for dinner, two protein shakes

snack3- prolly something light unhealthy and sugary with a glass of whole milk lol

so that should give me plenty of protein 6 shakes a day (150g) plus food and all my vitamins enough calories im sure so am i missing anything??? o bro thanks for replying with the information its helpful

McDonald's? That is absolutely disgusting. Sorry but for some reason once I started lifting and going to the gym fast food has just become disgusting for me. Spread your meals out. 6-8 meals a day is pretty good. Eat lean meat not the full on fat and everything. Watch out with the eggs since they are quite high in cholesterol, don't know how many you eat but just watch it. Pancake's with peanut butter and syrup? Someone say Artery clogger? First meal for me is usually two pieces of whole grain toast, large glass of orange juice, a multivitamin, and then either a grapefruit or and egg depending on how shortly after I am working out. Read around online. Check out FitDay.
