Need advice n loads of help..

Okay, im back again with more qz....This time on weightlifting. What should i be doing in terms how many reps etc.

Thank you Gooch i made my whole routine up for cardio its just the weightlifting i need to do. i also getting my eating underway now then going to hit the gym :D
